You are a great guy and you have got a great girl who is sexy, beautiful, and smart. Now, whenever you are going out with her, all the guys are looking at her and you are obviously getting jealous by this little situation. And as a reaction, you just wrap your hands around your girlfriend tighter and give those guys a stern look.

Feeling jealous?

Now, a feeling is going to develop inside you that someone is going to snag your girlfriend. This feeling of yours will make you check on her frequently by calling her at odd times, asking her why she didn’t pick up the phone or why was the phone busy, or why were you smiling while talking to that guy, or if her ex-boyfriend calls that he is in town and just wants to meet her and you try everything you can to stop her from meeting him and things like that. So, basically you are doing everything because you are jealous and fear that she will leave you.

Initially you will try to mesmerize her by showing up at her workplace with a bright bunch of flowers, taking her out to romantic candle light dinners, and giving her expensive gifts.

You just want to take control of her life and want her to be your little robot that works according to your requirements.

The jealousy inside you can also lead you to isolate her from all of her friends and prevent her from socializing, making her feel that you need help.

Jealousy as a negative influence on your relationship

Now, you have to think that your jealousy is not taking you anywhere positive. Sooner or later your girlfriend will realize that you have turned into a whacko and will leave you. And you don’t want this to happen, right.

In order to avoid all the fuss, you should sit down and talk to yourself and figure out as to why all such feelings are arising and making you do all this weird stuff. If you ask me, you must have some bad experience in the past, where your girlfriend left you for some other guy and was not loyal enough.

If this is the reason then you should just talk to her, let her know that you love her and you don’t want to live without her. Share your heart out with her and you will be amazed to see that your girlfriend will assure you of her love for you and will talk you out of your fear.

Why do men feel so insecure in their relationships?

Sometimes men feel insecure due to the fact that their little Mr. Perfect is not of the perfect size and they think that they won’t be able to satisfy their lover and want to have their penis enlarged.

Money is another factor that can make a man with fewer resources, feel insecure. As most men think that money is the only thing with which they can attract a beautiful woman and feel that they can impress a girl by spending too much money on her, giving her gifts, dining out, and partying all night long.

Like women, men want to be loved, respected, and cared for. They really want someone to make them feel special. So, all women out there, just take care and love your men.

So, to sum it up, I would just like to suggest that communicate all your fears with your girlfriend and do talk to yourself as well from time to time.

If your girlfriend is loyal to you and really loves you, then she will talk you out of your fears and will assure you of her honesty, sincerity, and commitment.

And, if at some point in your life you had a bad experience, then let go of it, she was not worth your love and was just not your type. Get involved in healthy activities, join a club or a gym to express or vent out your anger in a positive manner.

Be honest with your girlfriend and don’t try to rein her life because of your fears. Just respect her wishes and enjoy your relationship. Just remember that by trying to control her life, you cannot prevent her from breaking up with you. So, enjoy yourself and have a great life.
